The King's Men is an apostolate for married and single men who desire to develop a profound and growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church. It's an apostolate for men who desire to support and be supported by other men as they seek to make Jesus the King of their hearts and homes.
The apostolate provides opportunities for men to come together on a regular basis to challenge and encourage one another to be the men God created them to be in the first place. The foundation of the apostolate is daily personal prayer along with regular and ongoing small and large group gatherings that are joy-filled times of shared prayer and conversation about the joys, challenges, and opportunities that daily life brings with it.
This apostolate operates from the premise that Jesus Christ is truly King, Lord and Savior. The King's Men helps it's members grow into joy-filled, empowered men who have encountered Jesus, and by the power of the Holy Spirit, seek to make a positive difference in the world they inhabit, beginning with themselves, their families and extending outward into the world they encounter every day. The apostolate is also committed to being actively engaged in the life of the Cathedral parish and in support of the mission of the Catholic Church.
The King's Men is just getting itself organized. Specific activities will be announced in the near future through all of the Cathedral's Communication channels and on this page.
